About Luke

Luke is the Founder & Director of Lexington Talent, bringing nearly a decade of experience across multiple recruitment verticals. His journey began in 2017 as a trainee headhunter, where he quickly discovered his passion for the industry. His first placement a senior packaging role in Germany for DS Smith remains a testament to his ability to match top talent with the right opportunities, as the candidate is still in the role today.

In recent years, Luke has transitioned into a more strategic role, focusing on talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and candidate attraction, helping businesses build stronger, more effective hiring strategies.

Away from work, he is an avid average golfer (15) a ‘retired’ cricketer, Liverpool supporter and he also likes attending gigs and the theatre.
